HCLT Projects
So far, 935 CLT homes have been built nationally, with another 16,000 in the pipeline. We hope to add to those numbers and are actively investigating sites in the Harrogate area. Possible sites we are exploring would offer the following key benefits:
- Close to key employment sites
- Provide good access to public transport, cycling and walking routes
- Sites that are potentially unattractive or unavailable to commercial developers
- Land or buildings owned by people or local authorities who want to help us provide much needed housing
